• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Post content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Share confidential information without authorization
• Create or distribute spam or promotional materials
• Post content that is false, misleading, or defamatory

Behavioral Violations

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Engage in any form of discrimination
• Disrupt the educational environment

Specific User Responsibilities

School Administrators

• Ensure appropriate user access and permissions
• Monitor platform usage for compliance
• Promptly address policy violations
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Protect sensitive school and student information

Teachers

• Use the platform to support student learning
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Ensure accuracy of grades and assessments
• Respect student privacy and confidentiality
• Model appropriate digital citizenship

Students

• Complete assignments honestly and independently
• Respect intellectual property and cite sources
• Communicate respectfully with teachers and peers
• Report inappropriate behavior or content
• Use the platform for educational purposes only

Parents

• Access only their own children's information
• Respect the privacy of other students
• Communicate concerns through appropriate channels
• Support their children's appropriate use of the platform

Academic Integrity

All users must maintain the highest standards of academic integrity:

• Submit only original work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted
• Properly cite all sources and references
• Do not share assessment questions or answers
• Report any suspected academic dishonesty
• Use AI tools responsibly and in accordance with school policies

Content Standards

All content uploaded or created on the platform must:

• Be appropriate for an educational environment
• Respect religious and cultural sensitivities
• Be accurate and factually correct
• Not contain profanity or inappropriate language
• Comply with copyright and fair use guidelines

Privacy and Data Protection

Users must:

• Protect their account credentials
• Log out when using shared devices
• Not attempt to access others' private information
• Report any suspected data breaches immediately
• Handle student data in compliance with FERPA and privacy laws

Reporting Violations

If you observe any violation of this policy:

1. Document the incident with relevant details
2. Report to your school administrator immediately
3. For serious violations, contact support@chabadchinuch.com
4. Do not attempt to address violations directly

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension of access
• Permanent termination of account
• Notification to school administration
• Academic consequences as determined by the school
• Legal action for serious violations

Monitoring and Enforcement

Chabad Chinuch reserves the right to:

• Monitor platform usage for security and compliance
• Investigate reported violations
• Remove content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required

Agreement and Acknowledgment

By using the Chabad Chinuch platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children understand and follow these guidelines.
