User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. This includes:

• Student work (with appropriate permissions)

AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools is provided for educational use. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for your educational context.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student privacy and comply with FERPA and other applicable privacy laws.

7. Payment Terms

If your school subscribes to a paid plan:

• Payment is due according to the selected billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Schools are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability
